The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to an in-law suite with a full double bed and twin trundle - sleep 3, and an attached full bath.

On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, cabinet, and countertop; a half bath, and a living room with high-end furniture including a sofa bed to accommodate the whole family.

On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king bed plus a roll-away bed, sleep 3, attached to a private bath with double vanity. The second bedroom has a pyramid or twin-on-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleep 4. The third bedroom has a full double bed with a twin trundle, sleep 3. There is also a second full hallway bath.

Our unit is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, 4 assigned parking spaces, garage, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service including Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., DVD player, Wii game system, books, and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained! ***High school seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks are welcomed. Additional $500 refundable damage deposit paid directly to Beach Paradise OC along with prior approval from the homeowner are required prior to booking.

***We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll), limited supply of dishwasher, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels.

***For your convenience and enjoyment, the following are available for additional rent:

1) Linens and towels services: $190/stay (includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds; 15 sets of bath towels and 3 bath mats).

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories, 2 or more surfboards, swim noddles and sand toys (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in) 3) Kayak: $75/stay for 2 kayaks and life vests (damages will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
