Enjoy this beautifully decorated 4BR, 3.5BA water view townhouse located on the bayside of ocean city. This house will be perfect for your next family vacation. The first floor offers a spacious garage with a private bedroom (full bed with a twin trundle - sleep 3) and a full bath.

On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop, a living room with high-end furniture, and a great room with a high coffer ceiling and a sofa bed (sleep 2) for all your friends and family.

On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed (sleep 2) and private bath with double granite sink. Room 2 has a twin on full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleep 4. Room 3 has a queen bed, sleep 2. Our beach house is one of the few in the whole community to have all 4 balconies (2 in front and 2 in back), which provides you with ample outdoor seating spaces and perfect views. Whether it be a celebration of special occasions or just a simple weekend getaway; come stay at one of our Beach Paradises and let it be your **HOME AWAY** from home! This is one of our three identical units in the Broad Marsh community.

Broad Marsh community is located in midtown Ocean City off 69th-70th St, the community offers a community pool with a clubhouse and a community boat ramp allowing bay water access for all your water activities. The house is located 1 block away from the beach and major public transportation. We are available 24/7 and would be more than happy to help with the check-in process or answering any questions during your stay. A local maintenance person is also available for any service or repair if needed.

Broad Marsh offers a location convenient to all that Ocean City has to offer. A short walk to the beach and local attractions make it a fun and relaxing destination. A newly constructed Pool & Clubhouse along with the pier and boat ramp (perfect for your jet skies and kayaks), and an open floor plan are perfect for the weekenders or family vacation. Ocean City offers public bus transportation for $3/person all-day ride. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the community.

***High School seniors (at least 18 years of age) are welcomed at our house during Senior weeks; however, must get approval from the homeowner prior to booking!!!

***We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), dishwasher pods (2/stay), and laundry detergent (2 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels.

***For your convenience and enjoyment, the following are available for additional rent:

1) Linens and towels rental: $190/stay (includes sheets, pillowcases for all beds, and 13 sets of towels)

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 or more beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories, 2 or more surfboards, swim noddles and sand toys (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

3) Kayak: $75/stay for 2 kayaks and life vests (damages will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
